As a Maintenance Preparation Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping critical assets running smoothly by planning and preparing maintenance activities, gaining exposure across operations, maintenance and stakeholder management, and broadening your skillset for career growth. This hybrid role is based out of our Glen Waverley depot and offers a mix of office and work‑from‑home flexibility. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate maintenance work packs (materials, resources, documentation)
- Liaise with engineering, operations and field teams
- Maintain accurate records in SAP and other systems
- Support outage planning and execution
