Responsibilities
- Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes.
- Acknowledging IHG One Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
- Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings.
- Making the check‑in and check‑out process feel swift and seamless.
- Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations.
- Being our guests’ trusted contact – offering information for anything from local tourist attractions to public transport. Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, going above and beyond to offer the customer a memorable experience.
- Strong communication skills – guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’re easy to talk to.
- The ability to think on your feet and offer guests solutions and information, especially to those new to the local area.
- Tech savvy – a good grasp of common PC software and an ability to quickly learn hotel‑specific software.
