- Access to online learning and explicit career development opportunities The Role We're looking for experienced HR & HC Truck Drivers to join our team at Knoxfield VIC, working on-site for our customer Stramit. This role involves transporting steel and using a crane to offload materials safely and efficiently. What you'll do
- Deliver steel, roofing, guttering solutions, and building supplies
- Once licensed, operate crane for safe unloading and perform manual handling
- Work autonomously while adhering to health and safety standards
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Provide excellent customer service and follow procedures
- Participate in training and development programs What you'll bring
- Current HR or HC licence for 2 years minimum
- Crane licence (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to upskill to crane ticket driver in the next 12 months
- Knowledge of Melbourne metro area
- High standard of customer service and a "can do" attitude
- Explicit communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to follow DHL policies & procedures
- Willingness to provide a current Driving Record
