Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is a memorable one.
- Be the Go-To Tech Expert: Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
- Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected.

- Hourly Rate: $***** per hour. Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age.
- Penalty rates apply: Additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday, 150% for hours worked on public holidays.
- 12% Superannuation.
- 10% Variable Remuneration.
