Job Description We are seeking a motivated, energetic junior executive to join our high performing Office Leasing team based in our Melbourne East office. This Executive level position presents itself as an incredible opportunity for a recent property graduate looking to take the first step into their real estate career.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
- Helping identify potential clients and properties to sell.
- Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers
- Coordinate marketing & leasing of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, videos and site inspections. Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in propertyand current real estate license
- Excellent Communication skills both Written and Oral, ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
- High interest and understanding of local property market and current trends
