Receptionist - Concierge (Melbourne)

Key Details Our Receptionist‑Concierge(s) are the first point of contact for our customers in our Visa Medical Assessment Centres and provide information and instructions to help guide our customers through the medical assessment process‑making sure that customers are aware of what they need to do and why. Position Details 1 X Full Time 12‑Month Fixed Term Contract Centre hours can be from 8am–6pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 8am to 4pm. Availability to work on a rotational roster between opening hours. What you'll do
- Conducting an identity and security check and escalating any identified risks
- Processing payments via EFTPOS
- Confirming customer documentation is completed to requirements and processing forms
- Confirming which examinations the customer is required to complete and explaining this to the customer
- Entering required data and information into customer management systems and databases
- Explaining the steps throughout the visa medical examination and ensuring the customer understands the key elements of the visa medical examination process Your Background
- Demonstrated customer focus and a professional, service‑orientated and helpful approach
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and consistent outcomes in a busy and repetitive environment
- Well‑developed communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and staff, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and adapt communication style to meet the needs of the customer as well as convey information and key points clearly and concisely
- Sound IT and computer skills
- The ability to work effectively within a highly structured environment driven by procedure and process, and adhere to established processes, quality standards and targets Why Bupa This isn't your average Receptionist position.
