About the role:

Civica is currently recruiting talented individuals to join the team at Fines Victoria supporting the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customers who need help understanding their options or taking action to manage their fines.

Fines can be scary or confusing for some customers and this critically important role provides you with the opportunity to make a positive difference in a customer’s day. We absolutely love the feedback we get from our customers telling us how our team have helped support them!

Expression of interest for our July 2025 Intake.:

Rotating Roster -Monday to Friday 8:00am
- 6:30pm

No weekend, public holiday or night shifts.

Commence training and working in our Melbourne CBD office conveniently located next to Flagstaff station and then Work from Home after successful completion of training and having reached base performance standards.

Permanent, Full time role offering a starting salary of $70,052 (Inclusive of super).

Recruitment Process:

If successful, next, you will be invited to attend one of our Assessment Centres completed in our Melbourne CBD Office. These will usually happen on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
