Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) with specialized experience in Pega Smart Investigate (SI) to lead the design, development, and implementation of case management and exception handling solutions for financial services clients. This role combines high-level architectural leadership with deep functional knowledge of Smart Investigate modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Pega-based enterprise applications.
Design, configure, and implement Pega Smart Investigate modules to streamline exception management in financial systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to technical solutions using Pega.
Guide development teams on Pega best practices, guardrails, and performance optimization.
Develop reusable components, frameworks, and integration services (REST/SOAP).
Integrate Pega applications with banking platforms, payment systems, and core financial systems.
Conduct technical reviews, quality checks, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Drive system testing, UAT support, and production deployment strategies.
Work closely with QA teams to validate SI workflows and support issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) certification required.
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Pega experience, including Pega Smart Investigate.
Expertise in case management, data modeling, SLA management, decisioning, and reporting.
Experience with Smart Investigate modules for Payments, SWIFT, and Wire exceptions.
Robust integration skills with external systems (via REST, SOAP, MQ).
Domain knowledge of banking and financial operations, particularly in transaction investigations.
Experience in Agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
