Job Description

You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

Servicing all allocated guest rooms in accordance with brand standards.

Restock and clean housekeeping trolley.

Check and restock room supplies.

Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors.

Qualifications

Warm and caring personality.

Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.

Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being qualified and welcoming.

Excellent organizational skills and time management.

Physically fit and able to do cleaning tasks.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
