The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s manufacturing and distribution team based in Moorabbin. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments including warehouse, production, and logistics. Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders from entry through to dispatch

Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams regarding deliveries and order updates

Track orders and provide customers with accurate ETAs

Prepare invoices, quotes, and purchase orders

Maintain accurate customer records and internal systems

Perform high-volume data entry and administration tasks

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow

Support general office and customer service administration duties

About You:

Previous experience in Customer Service Administration, Order Processing, or Sales Support

Experience within manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, or industrial industries highly regarded

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Professional phone manner and strong customer focus
