The Role

We’re looking for a PR
- Senior Account Manager with fashion, beauty or lifestyle PR experience who can own client relationships, drive strategy, and lead day-to-day execution with confidence. You’ll guide an energetic team, run smooth account operations, and bring proactive ideas and momentum to everything you touch.

This role is perfect for someone who loves media, loves brands, and loves staying ahead of trends — and wants to step up into more leadership, responsibility and strategic influence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead SAM across a portfolio of beauty & lifestyle accounts, developing PR, comms and marketing strategies that drive real outcomes.

Build and present smart, integrated campaign ideas that deliver against client KPIs.

Proactively pitch — creatively, strategically and consistently — across fashion, beauty and lifestyle media.

Bring robust, reliable media relationships and know how to land headlines, features, talent stories and product moments.

Be a trusted client partner: organised, calm, solutions-focused and commercially aware.

Mentor and support junior team members; step in where needed to keep quality and momentum high.

Contribute to new business opportunities, bringing trend insights and category knowledge.

Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing team culture.

What You Bring

3–6+ years in PR agency land, ideally with fashion and/or beauty PR experience .

A natural relationship builder who earns trust with clients and media alike.

Someone who rolls up their sleeves, gets stuck in, and is genuinely energised by the work.

A trend lover who understands culture, community, content and the retail/fashion zeitgeist.

Creative thinking paired with a pragmatic, solutions-first approach.
