How it works

You’ll start with routine inspections and condition reports — no portfolio pressure, no being thrown in the deep end. When team members are on leave, you’ll step in to cover portfolios. Over time the role will naturally expand into a full time PM position with your own portfolio.

Qualifications Previous experience in residential property management Current Agent's Representative Certificate Robust communication and organisational skills Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Eagerness to get back into the industry and grow
