We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our 3PL warehouse facility based in Truganina.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader
- Receiving to lead our inbound operations at our Truganina site. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, effective, and safe receipt of all inbound goods while developing a high‑performing receiving team and delivering against client KPIs and operational targets.

Hours of Work

Monday
- Friday (8:00 am – 4:00 pm)

About You

You are someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse setting, and has a strong eye for detail and process improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading teams in warehouse or distribution environment.

Solid background in receiving/goods inwards operations.

Hands‑on, accountable leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach teams.

High attention to detail and solid organisational skills.

Advanced WMS experience and confidence using RF Scanners.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced operation.

Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Licenses and Requirements

Current Forklift License (essential)

LF (High Reach) and LO (Order Picker) licenses

Sound understanding of WHS requirements

Full working rights in Australia
