What You’ll Be Doing Deliver high‑quality vehicle repairs within agreed timeframes Schedule daily work and allocate jobs efficiently across the production team Lead, motivate and support technicians to achieve productivity and quality targets aligned with company KPIs Maintain a safe, compliant and efficient workshop setting Ensure all repair processes and procedures are followed correctly Assess vehicles post‑strip and identify additional repair or parts requirements Drive efficiency and profitability with a solid focus on quality control and customer satisfaction Provide technical guidance and mentoring to support the development of workshop technical skills
