We are looking for a Senior Section Waitstaff to join our team and deliver a best‑in‑class experience for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring outstanding service delivery in a high‑end, fast‑paced restaurant setting, demonstrating a robust passion and knowledge of food and wine, and exhibiting a genuine interest for hospitality.

Responsibilities Ensure outstanding service delivery in a high‑end, fast‑paced restaurant setting. Demonstrate robust passion and knowledge of food and wine. Exhibit genuine interest for hospitality and day‑to‑day operations. Carry three plates and manage service efficiently. Maintain immaculate presentation and exceptional communication. Adapt, multi‑task, and manage time effectively during service.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience as Section Waitstaff in a premium venue. Ability to carry three plates. Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills. Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations. Adaptable, able to multi‑task effectively. Robust work ethic and a "can do" attitude. Outgoing personality and genuine interest in day‑to‑day operations. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Availability to work a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays. Valid RSA certificate.
