Outbound Sales Representative – Part Time

TurfGlo is a Melbourne-based business specialising in artificial grass cleaning services and enzyme treatment products for residential, commercial and pet-related industries.

We are seeking a motivated outbound sales representative to assist with generating new business opportunities and following up existing leads.

This is a straightforward phone-based outbound sales role focused on consistent daily activity and follow-up.

We already have:

• Existing lead databases

• CRM systems

• Target sectors and industries

• Marketing and product material

We need someone who is confident on the phone, organised, consistent with follow-up and comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.

TurfGlo operates within a specialised niche market and is continuing to expand its product and service presence across Australia. This role offers the prospect to grow with the business as current markets and opportunities develop.

Role Details

• Part-time role

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00am – 1:00pm

• Work from home position

• $38–42 per hour depending on experience, plus super

• Simple KPI and performance bonuses available

• Immediate start available for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to existing and current leads

• Following up previous enquiries and customers

• Booking appointments and generating opportunities

• Contacting businesses within our target sectors

• Assisting with product and service sales

• Updating CRM notes and follow-up actions

About You

• Previous outbound or phone sales experience preferred

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Comfortable making high volumes of calls

• Self-motivated and reliable

• Able to work independently and stay consistent with outbound activity

• Must have your own home office setup including reliable internet and computer
