You will oversee the development and performance of physical and digital collections, library systems and customer-facing technologies, while identifying emerging trends and opportunities to enhance service delivery. Working collaboratively across the organisation and with external partners, you will drive innovation through initiatives, business improvements and shared service arrangements. As a senior leader, you will foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture, providing leadership, coaching and support to build a skilled and future‐ready workforce. You will oversee key service areas including collection management, supplier relationships, resource sharing and the Library Management System, ensuring reliable, efficient and user‐focused outcomes.
