Product Development Administration Assistant Melbourne

Step into the world of fashion, retail and footwear as our current Administration Assistant within our Product Development team. Reporting to the Product Developer Senior Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the department. This is a rapid-paced, hands‐on role where organisation, communication, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Key responsibilities

Provide end-to-end administrative support to the Product Development team

Coordinate catalogues and other print and digital materials for the wholesale team

Maintain accurate production data and specifications, liaising with factories and our Distribution Centre

Manage product samples, including unpacking, labelling, sorting and photographing

Communicate product information to internal teams and suppliers

Liaise with overseas suppliers, external partners, buyers, marketing and wholesale customers

About you

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)

Previous administration experience in a rapid‐paced setting

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure

A genuine interest in fashion and/or footwear (highly regarded)

A proactive, \"can-do\" attitude and team‐first mindset
