About the Role
As an Administration Office All‐Rounder, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our service. We are looking for a proactive and detail‐oriented individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Providing support across multiple business units
Completing ad hoc tasks as required
Ability to multitask, work unsupervised, and take ownership of administrative tasks
Robust time management and organisational skills
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role (minimum 2 years)
Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
Rapid learner with a strong work ethic
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in tasks
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
High‐level written and verbal communication skills
Solid customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Job Types: Full‐time, Part time, Casual
Expected hours: 38 per week
Work Location: In person
