Warehouse Associate Mount Waverley Melbourne

Wesco Anixter have an outstanding career prospect for a highly motivated team player as an experienced Warehouse Associate for our Mount Waverley location. In this role you will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. This is a permanent, full time role with stability and work/life balance.

This role takes ownership of our Warehouse Service area, completing camera IP configuration for our customers. This role is best suited to someone experienced in computer science & IT, with familiarity of IP technologies.

About the Role

Preparing, picking, packaging and dispatching orders

Working in our Ready Service area

Configuring IP Cameras for customer orders

Offloading and loading pallets

Counting and checking stock to ensure quality control and solving stock discrepancies

Ensure safe warehouse operations, especially regarding forklift use

General maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse

Customer contact for orders and ETAs

What You'll Bring

Experience in a Warehouse or Project Services setting

IT Experience and Skills

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of customer service

Problem solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy is essential

Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work under pressure and multitask

Intermediate PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Physical capabilities to lift and move heavy boxes
