We have over 6,500 employees across four continents and continue to grow every day. About the role We're looking for an experienced and people‐focused Team Leader to lead our insurance claims team. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll balance operational delivery with coaching, development and continuous improvement, while ensuring a strong member experience and a robust risk and compliance culture.
