Senior Estimator (Melbourne)

B.A Road Services is a proudly Indigenous owned and operated business delivering high-quality asphalt, road maintenance, and civil infrastructure solutions across Australia. We are expanding throughout Victoria and Queensland and seek an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. About the Role Reporting directly to senior management, the Senior Estimator will manage the full tendering process from initial review through submission and project handover. The role focuses on asphalt and civil construction opportunities across Victoria and Queensland. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive tender submissions Review drawings, specifications, and scope documentation Complete quantity take‐offs and cost analysis Develop pricing strategies for asphalt and civil infrastructure works Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing Assist with procurement and project handovers Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Monitor market pricing and industry trends across Victoria and Queensland Identify and pursue tender opportunities Essential Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within the asphalt and civil construction industry Strong understanding of asphalt markets in Victoria and/or Queensland Demonstrated commercial project experience High-level proficiency in Benchmark Estimating Software Ability to interpret technical plans and specifications Solid commercial acumen and attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously Desirable Existing relationships within the civil and asphalt industries Experience with government, local council, TMR, or VicRoads projects Civil engineering or construction-related qualifications What We Offer Opportunity to join a rapidly growing national business Diverse project portfolio across multiple states Supportive and collaborative team culture Long‐term growth opportunities Work with a proud Indigenous-owned and operated company committed to delivering quality outcomes in the infrastructure sector If you are an experienced estimator looking to take the next step in your career with a growing civil infrastructure business, we would love to hear from you. #J-*****-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3relhv
