Operations Manager – Regional Distribution Center – Midway, GA Job Location: Sunbury Rd, Midway, GA Full‐time position, posted today. Pay range $73,000–$132,000 (depending on experience, market, etc.) Overview As an Operations Manager at Target's Regional Distribution Center, you will lead frontline operations to deliver products quickly to guests. You will focus on safety, process improvement, leadership, and teamwork to maximize productivity and effectiveness across the distribution center. Key Responsibilities Foster a safety‐first culture, promoting awareness, training, and accountability. Lead and engage the team, ensuring clear communication and inclusive leadership. Oversee daily operational plans to meet performance and budget goals. Implement continuous process improvements and innovation for greater efficiency. Diagnose root causes of operational issues and lead solutions with calculated risk and testing. Maintain safety and regulatory compliance while supporting other operational functions. Ensure smooth cross‐functional coordination and frequent updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Four‐year degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated leadership ability with the capacity to engage and motivate others. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Robust analytical, problem‐solving, and conflict‐management skills. Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms. Proficiency reading and interpreting policies, procedures, and systems used in the Distribution Center.
