Responsibilities Lead and mentor a talented team of civil engineers and designers, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and a high‐performance culture. Provide strong technical oversight across civil design and documentation for major building developments, ensuring quality, constructability, and compliance with industry standards. Drive project delivery across all phases, from concept to construction, ensuring client satisfaction and commercial success on property projects. Take ownership of work‐winning, including project tendering, bid preparation, and pricing to secure new opportunities in the buildings sector. Build and strengthen client relationships while expanding ADP's civil engineering profile across Melbourne and beyond. Qualifications 10+ years in civil engineering, with a strong portfolio delivering medium to large‐scale building, architectural, and property development projects (rather than heavy infrastructure/roads). Proven ability to mentor, develop, and build cohesive, high‐performing teams. Deep knowledge of civil engineering design tailored to the built environment, project delivery, and industry standards. Commercial acumen: demonstrated success in work‐winning, tendering, bid writing, and pricing within the property sector. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships with architects, developers, and project managers. CPEng/NER preferable.
