What You'll Be Doing As our Lead Maintenance Fitter, you will play a key role in keeping our Cabot's Dandenong South operations running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. You will take ownership of production equipment, lead preventative and reactive maintenance activity, and drive continuous improvement opportunities that help our people deliver great products every day. Working closely with our Engineering and Maintenance team, you will champion safe work practices, empower others through robust communication, and support a culture where everyone runs the business as if it were their own.
