Role Summary The Paediatric Autism Clinic Administration Officer provides high‐quality administrative support to the Complex Autism Assessment Clinic within Community Paediatric Services. Location: Melton Employment Type: Part‐Time (7.6 hours/week), Ongoing Salary: Admin Grade 1 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging Key responsibilities Coordinate appointments for the Autism Assessment Clinic Provide a professional first point of contact for families and referrers, ensuring timely communication and a welcoming experience Deliver accurate administrative and data support, including documentation, data entry, reporting, and use of clinical systems to support efficient clinic operations About you Robust communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisation and time management skills High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality Compensation and benefits Competitive salary packages aligned with market standards.
