Volunteer Coordinator (Melbourne)

Position Summary Join our People and Culture Team as a volunteer workforce coordinator. This permanent part‐time role (20 hours per week, typically 4 days from 9:00am to 2:30pm) supports the delivery of volunteer services across DPV Health's northern suburbs. Key Responsibilities Oversee end‐to‐end coordination, stakeholder relationship management, reporting and monitoring for the volunteer workforce. Foster opportunities to enhance volunteer engagement and operationalise pathways to employment. Collaborate with leaders across the organisation and external community groups. Support volunteer life cycle activities: attraction, engagement, retention, events and celebrations. Required Qualifications and Experience Practical problem‐solver with initiative, enthusiasm and strong organisational skills. Professional experience in high‐volume, people‐focused administration; ideally within People and Culture, healthcare or community services. Experience with recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, placement planning, reporting and supporting volunteers. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse community groups and facilitate inclusive activities. Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between sites and community groups. Additional Requirements Successful candidates must undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable) and hold a valid WWCC.
