You will play a key role in managing daily workflow, maintaining quality standards, and supporting team development in a quick‐paced environment. What You'll Be Doing Deliver high‐quality vehicle repairs within agreed timeframes Schedule daily work and allocate jobs efficiently across the production team Lead, motivate and support technicians to achieve productivity and quality targets aligned with company KPIs Maintain a safe, compliant and efficient workshop setting Ensure all repair processes and procedures are followed correctly Assess vehicles post‐strip and identify additional repair or parts requirements Drive efficiency and profitability with a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction Provide technical guidance and mentoring to support the development of workshop technical skills What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in an automotive repair or collision repair environment Solid customer‐focused mindset with a commitment to quality outcomes Excellent organisational, communication and time‐management skills Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities A motivated leader who enjoys being challenged and driving continuous improvement and keeping a great work environment moving forward Why Join MotorOne Autobody?
