Key Responsibilities Lead the end‐to‐end design and development of recent camper trailer and hybrid caravan models. Oversee prototyping, testing, and refinement of components to meet safety, quality, and durability standards. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability. Maintain a close working relationship with overseas suppliers—particularly in China—to ensure alignment of design specifications, materials, and timelines. Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies. Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and documentation in accordance with business objectives. Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Design Rules (ADR), standards, and certifications. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years' experience in product development, preferably in automotive, recreational vehicles, or related manufacturing industries. Experience working with Chinese manufacturers or international suppliers, including communication across time zones and cultural contexts. Robust proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with product lifecycle management tools. Excellent project management, negotiation, and cross‐functional coordination skills. Mandarin language skills preferred. Pay $80,******
