- Php23,****** JOB OBJECTIVE Supervises and oversees the Tele-marketing Unit. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises and oversees the work unit and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities. Establishes work standards, performance measures, goals and objectives Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates Evaluates work performance, tracks and reviews work progress of subordinates Provides direction and guidance Coaches, counsels and motivates subordinates Recommends personnel action/movement Interviews prospective employees for the department and recommends hiring Conducts job orientation and technical trainings Identifies and recommends training program/seminar for staff development Recommends disciplinary actions as needed in concurrence with the Immediate Superior Monitors daily production and releases of the unit Prepares and sends Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production and Releases Report to the Immediate Superior Develops call scripts for Tele-marketers' use Distributes and assigns call leads to subordinates Implements the business plans, programs and marketing activities designed by the Marketing Group. Monitors the status of renewal accounts from approval up to releasing of loan Reviews and checks accounts/documents for credit investigation and approval Maintains accurate client and contact data in the database Represents the work unit during Management Committee meeting and other internal/external meetings. Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course. With at least two (2) years work-related experience in marketing or sales, one (1) year of which is in a supervisory capacity. Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge. Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, cutting-edge, adaptable and analytical.
