Senior Corporate Lawyer - VIC (Melbourne)

Our client is a growing boutique firm with a national footprint. They have an established and diverse client base ranging from start-ups to ASX-listed entities across an array of industry sectors, thus providing exposure to challenging and meaningful cases. About the role:

This exciting opportunity will be involved in complex M&A; transactions and large commercial property developments. You will enjoy working independently whilst playing an important role in the coaching and mentorship of junior lawyers.

- Collaborate with the team to handle corporate and transactional matters.
- Provide accurate and thorough legal advice to clients.
- Draft and review commercial, corporate, and construction contracts.
- Work unsupervised on complex corporate / M&A; transactions. Key Highlights:

- Salary range @ $130 000
- $150 000 per annum.

- Minimum 4 years PAE with admission to practice in Victoria.
- Strong experience in Corporate / M&A; matters is essential.
- Expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial or construction contracts.
- Solid understanding of legal compliance and corporate issues.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
