Commercially astute with excellent judgement, you should bring to the table visionary thinking, technology ‘savviness’ and the capacity for innovation. Other sought-after qualities include financial acumen, a desire for data driven decision making and an ‘unconstrained’ mindset. An understanding of transport and logistics would be valuable, but not essential.
