Company National leading Security Integrator with an exciting opportunity to join a close knit team as a Project Manager in Melbourne. The company has multiple awards in the industry and one of the biggest names across the country. The Role:
- Responsible for the full cycle of the Project from planning and inception to commissioning and handover.
- Managing multiple projects ranging from Minor to Major Works
- Work with sales team to define the project scope.
- Lead and manage the Project Team
- Agree contract terms, costings and manage suppliers/sub contractors
- Manage the productivity of the site labour team weekly and provide labour forecasts each month to make sure targets are met
- Report into Construction Manager
- Sign Correspondence, ITP's, Checklists and documentation relevant to quality, safety and program The Candidate:
- Must have a proven track record of managing multiple projects at once
- Minimum of 5years experience in the Security Industry
- Managing CCTV and Access Control Projects or else a strong Construction/Electrical background with Tier 1 exposure
- Experience in the planning and implementation of site related health and safety requirements
- Experience in the use of word processors, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications and financial processing data bases
- Accountable, motivated and reliable and a team players
- Solid written and verbal communications skills
