What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a residential property portfolio with a strong apartment focus
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Delivering high-level customer service across all touchpoints
- Overseeing leasing, arrears, maintenance, and routine inspections
- Working closely with internal support staff to ensure smooth portfolio operations
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in Property Management (PM or Senior PM level)
- Current Agents Representative Certificate
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisation and time management ability
