Job Description This front‑office role is part of Judo’s Structured Finance team, responsible for building a first‑class securitisation lending business. Responsibilities
- Involved end‑to‑end in the origination of SME / Commercial private warehouse securitisations, typically ranging from $50‑200m in total exposures.
- Take ownership of negotiating transaction commercials and documentation, supported by leading external legal counsel.
- Contribute to the development of analytical models that derive implied credit ratings across a range of securitisation structures.
- Build and nurture solid relationships with customers and key participants across the securitisation market.
- Actively manage and oversee the securitisation portfolio, focusing on early identification and proactive resolution of issues. Qualifications
- Detailed understanding and experience in the domestic securitisation market across a range of underlying asset classes.
- Experience in arranging or executing warehouse securitisation funding facilities with a range of issuers.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct data analysis and cash‑flow modelling.
- Experience managing clients, rating agencies and internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in commercial negotiation and strong presentation skills.
- High level of oral and written communication skills. Benefits
