- $220k + super + 10% variable Melbourne CBD As a senior leader within the consulting practice, you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery excellence, operating across multiple complex engagements while influencing both internal capability and client outcomes. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and commercial performance—bringing structure to ambiguity, and ensuring that transformation programs deliver real, measurable value. What You'll Be Responsible For
- Technical & Domain Leadership
- Drive delivery across Digital Strategy, Innovation, and Transformation programs
- Translate high-level strategy into scalable, executable outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how to realise business value through transformation
- Commercial & Consulting Excellence
- Own key delivery metrics across:
- Utilisation and team performance
- Delivery health and quality assurance
- Client satisfaction and engagement success
- Margin accountability across programs
- Balance commercial outcomes with exceptional client value delivery
- Play a key role in uplifting consulting capability and practice maturity
- Senior Delivery Leadership
- Lead large, complex transformation programs across multiple concurrent engagements
- Proactively manage delivery risk and dependencies
- Step into challenged engagements and reset/turn around underperforming programs
- Create clarity, structure and momentum in high-pressure environments
- Practice & Offering Development
- Refine and evolve consulting propositions and service offerings
- Establish and embed best practice delivery frameworks and governance
- Contribute to the broader growth and scalability of the consulting function
- Client Growth & Impact
- Deepen and expand key client relationships
- Identify opportunities for account growth and increased engagement footprint
