Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll own the full finance and operations function across Australia and New Zealand, leading a team of five and working cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Customer Service. - Lead financial planning, budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting, scenario modelling and P&L; oversight, including cost control, margin analysis and variance reporting.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the MD, Board and global leadership, including presentations at international corporate forums.
- Manage statutory compliance, inventory controls, AP, AR and FX exposure across multiple currencies.
- Drive digital transformation across D365, Power BI, Employment Hero and Xero.
- Mentor and develop a team of five direct reports. What you’ll need
- Senior finance leadership in manufacturing, FMCG, wholesale or consumer goods, with strong P&L; and end‑to‑end reporting experience in an inventory‑heavy, FX‑exposed workplace.
- ERP experience, ideally in D365, plus Power BI, Employment Hero and Xero, with robust statutory compliance knowledge.
- CPA, CA or CIMA preferred.
