Risk & Compliance Senior Manager / Director Accenture Risk & Compliance Services help our clients focus on three key challenges: increasing profitability, reducing complexity and managing regulations. We primarily work with leading financial services institutions, government, utilities and telecommunication providers. These clients look to our Risk & Compliance consultants to recommend the best solutions, based on their unique insights and industry expertise across Financial Risk, Operational Risk, Risk Analytics, Regulatory, Compliance and Fraud & Financial Crime functions. - Bring local and global risk expertise to clients
- Lead high performing teams to support the CRO agenda
- Leverage and support our breadth of experience, global resources and superior assets
- Contribute to Accenture’s go-to-market, strategy, methodology and assets
- Form deep relationships with Accenture's clients and propose appropriate risk solutions and propositions Key Responsibilities
- Shape and lead project teams, including risk and compliance operating models, process re-engineering, regulatory compliance, internal controls review, risk policies and procedures, governance and reporting
- Bring thought leadership and perspectives to client's business units, including Enterprise Risk Management, Technology Risk, AI in Risk Management, Operational Risk, Fraud and Financial Crime and Risk Analytics
- Lead the development of new intellectual capital for Accenture's Risk & Compliance service line, support development of thought leadership, and assist in publishing articles in industry periodicals Requirements
- Experience within a Management Consulting firm (Big 4 or assurance) is essential
- Minimum 12+ years of work experience in consulting and advisory services to Financial Services, Government or utilities on Risk Management in one or several of the areas below
- Financial Crime Management
- Fraud operating model and detailed knowledge of up-to-date fraud and scams monitoring tools
- Operational Risk Management
- Regulatory Change Management
- Financial Risk Management
- Credit Risk
- Technology risk
- AI in Risk Management
- Strong track record of risk / compliance process design and/or risk transformation
- Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements including AUS/NZ regulations and global directives
- People management skills, with proven experience leading teams
- Successful track record, offering impeccable service delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, ideally using MS suite
