- High growth opportunity Our client is a high-growth industrial services business entering a significant new phase of expansion following a recent investment. Headquartered in Melbourne, the business has built a strong reputation across complex project delivery and mission-critical environments and is now executing an ambitious growth strategy focused on diversification, geographic expansion and acquisition. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the next stage of scale, with the business targeting substantial revenue and EBITDA growth over the coming period. This is a commercially focused CFO mandate requiring a hands-on leader with deep expertise in project or service-based environments. A key priority will be strengthening financial and operational disciplines across the business, including project accounting, job costing, margin optimisation, forecasting, reporting, and commercial performance management. The CFO will also lead ongoing systems, process, and finance function improvement initiatives to ensure the business is equipped with scalable infrastructure to support continued growth. We are seeking a commercially astute and operationally credible finance executive with experience across industrial services, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or related sectors. You will bring strong project accounting capability, a track record of driving efficiencies and performance improvement, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, evolving setting. Experience within high-growth and/or private equity-backed businesses will be highly regarded.
