Hybrid Paraplanner — Path to Associate Adviser (Melbourne)

We are partnering with a highly regarded and growing financial advice group seeking x2 Paraplanners to join their team-oriented team environment. Role 1: Senior Paraplanner Hybrid model – office-based initially, moving to 2 days WFH / 3 days office post probation. Potential pathway into Associate Adviser opportunities. About the role:
- Must have modelling CALM experience.
- Acting as a 2IC within the paraplanning team.
- Mix of SOAs across streamlined and comprehensive advice.
- Approx. one SOA per day with varied complexity.
- Streamlined advice generally 4–5 hours turnaround.
- Additional responsibilities including peer reviews and vetting work.
- Exposure to more complex and varied strategy work.
- Development opportunities for someone wanting broader responsibility. Role 2: Paraplanner Hybrid opportunity. Ideal for candidates with approximately 2–3 years' experience. You’ll be joining:
- A team of paraplanners with a mix of onshore and offshore support.
- Strong systems and established processes.
- Experience with Wealth Solver highly regarded.
