About the Prospect This role will support the day‑to‑day Accounts Payable function, assisting with invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment support and general accounts payable administration. It is a hands‑on operational role suited to someone who enjoys working within a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and workflow management. The position is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office. Duties
- Match purchase orders and enter sundry supplier invoices into Netsuite/ERP.
- Review venue processed invoices, follow up on any variations or discrepancies to deliveries of stock, escalating if necessary.
- Complete supplier credit applications and set up as Netsuite/ERP.
- Reconcile invoices to creditor statements.
- Create bank payment ABA files and send remittances.
- Process employee expense claims.
- Maintain proper filing and organisation of financial records.
- Handle general enquiries and customer service for finance related tasks.
- Interact with venue staff to ensure invoices are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Undertake other ad‑hoc tasks as instructed.

- Accounts payable experience is essential.
- Experience in the use of ERP systems, particularly Netsuite advantageous.
- Ideally studying towards, or holding, a diploma or degree in the finance field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Must have full work rights in Australia.
