What you’ll do Mentor a front-of-house team of 30+, building a culture of excellence and visible growth. Drive standards Oversee daily operations across dining and bar, delivering a seamless casual-refined experience every shift. Strategic ops Handle complex floor planning, reservations optimisation, and high-volume event execution. Commercial oversight Report on venue performance, manage inventory, and drive operational improvements with the leadership team. What you’ll bring 3+ years in a senior hospitality management role, with a track record in high-volume, premium environments.
