You will lead the evolution of People & Culture from transactional to strategic, build a cohesive, values‑led culture, develop leadership capability and succession depth, oversee workforce and talent strategies informed by data, and partner on organisational design, M&A;, and post‑acquisition integration. You bring senior People & Culture leadership experience, ideally in multi‑site or regulated environments, with a track record of elevating HR functions and delivering measurable impact.
