- A$300,******/yr Key Responsibilities
- Build detailed financial models to support valuation, scenario analysis and deal structuring
- Undertake industry research, financial analysis and competitor benchmarking to evaluate opportunities
- Assist senior team members through all stages of M&A; execution and capital markets transactions
- Prepare pitch materials, IMs, board presentations and other transaction documentation
- Monitor market activity and provide insights to internal stakeholders and clients
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to ongoing relationship management Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability with robust financial modelling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic and a self-driven mindset
