About the role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Events and Communications Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing Services and Head of Communications, you’ll play an essential role in keeping things running smoothly, building eDMs and event invitations, supporting inbox management and distribution lists, through to coordinating seamless on-the-day events. The work you do will be integral to the success of our Business Development, Communications and Marketing team. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute fresh ideas, bring a creative approach to client service, and help strengthen relationships through engaging and well-executed interactions. - Build and schedule eDMs (alerts, invitations, reminders and post-event communications) using Vuture
- Manage shared inboxes, RSVPs and distribution lists
- Support the delivery of events, including registrations, materials and on-the-day coordination
- Prepare event collateral such as name badges, signage and attendance lists
- Assist with stakeholder coordination, suppliers and room set-up and pack-down
- Maintain templates, processes and records to ensure smooth and efficient delivery
- Provide general marketing and communications support, including Canva updates About you To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
