Financial Planner - Client Manager (Melbourne)

Are you an early-career Financial Planner looking to step into a role where you can focus on advice, client relationships and development without needing to build a book from scratch? We are partnering with a growing financial planning business seeking a Financial Planner who is ready to continue developing technically while working alongside an established support team. The business provides broad strategic advice across superannuation, retirement, investments, insurance and wealth creation, with an existing client base and strong internal support structure. The Opportunity This role is ideal for a planner who has recently completed PY or is in the early stages of their advisory career and wants exposure to quality clients, structured development and a long-term pathway. You will work closely with experienced advisers and support staff while progressively building confidence and capability across the full advice process. Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings and assist in delivering strategic financial advice
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Provide advice across superannuation, retirement, investments and personal risk
- Review client goals and assist with ongoing advice strategies
- Work closely with paraplanning and implementation teams
- Participate in business development and referral opportunities where appropriate
- Continue technical and professional development as an adviser About You
- 1–3+ years experience within Financial Planning
- Completed PY or progressing through adviser pathway
- Relevant Financial Planning qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Passion for helping clients achieve financial outcomes
- Experience with financial planning software/systems advantageous
