Description
Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented Team Administrator to support our Melbourne Urban Infrastructure team. You will be a vital team member, working closely with engineers to deliver administrative support and high‑quality proposals in a corporate environment. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high‑quality proposals for the team.
- Prepare, coordinate, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Provide administrative support and coordination for the local team.
- Provide functional and wider company support adhering to SMEC’s policies and procedures.
- Develop effective and team-oriented relationships with internal contacts and external stakeholders that contribute to the success of the business. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
- Proactive and creative approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and deliver high‑quality service.
