- Triage & Review: Manage incoming supplier claims and assess documentation against compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Support: Act as the primary contact for supplier enquiries and coordinate responses with Category Managers.
- Contract Variations: Assist in drafting variations, clause amendments, and maintaining accurate audit registers.
- Reporting: Prepare status reports on project milestones and outstanding compliance actions. What You'll Bring
- Experience: Proven background in contract administration, procurement, or high-volume claim processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using Contract Management Systems.
- Communication: Robust written and verbal skills, with the ability to draft formal reports and resolve supplier conflicts professionally.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines within a Band 6 level of responsibility.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Procurement, Business, or Finance (attained or in progress) is preferred. Requirements

- Police Check.
