Location: Melbourne, Australia Job Summary The Artist & Promoter Relations Manager at Moshtix drives the success, retention, and strategic growth of Moshtix’s portfolio of promoters and the artists they promote. The role delivers exceptional service to key promoters, proactively drives successful outcomes across primary and secondary markets, and influences promoters to place their events on Ticketmaster, Moshtix, and Universe venues throughout Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for agreed promoter clients, providing operational support and strategic advice across national events.
- Ensure ticketing service delivery meets contractual obligations and manage key event information, including marketing, event builds, IT set‑up and on‑sale requirements.
- Maintain clear internal and external communication while ensuring compliance with internal documents, policies and procedures.
- Develop and grow relationships with existing and potential promoters, establishing a network of industry contacts and representing Moshtix at networking opportunities.
- Identify, propose and drive revenue growth opportunities to increase overall promoter ticket sales and event revenue using Moshtix’s marketing, platform and product tools.
- Work with the GM and Client Success teams to grow ancillary revenue streams for Moshtix and promoters.
- Translate promoter needs into structured roadmap inputs to inform future product development.
- Behave in alignment with Moshtix and Ticketmaster values, participate in team activities and contribute positively to company culture. Qualifications Technical Skills Required
- Commercial portfolio management and contract renewal expertise
- Advanced negotiation and contract structuring capability
- Revenue forecasting, pipeline management and financial modelling proficiency
- Strategic account planning and commercial risk management
- Executive stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Ability to balance client outcomes with revenue performance and margin discipline Expected Behavioural Traits
