Overview One Identity is seeking a Business Development Representative. At One Identity, we operate at the centre of modern cybersecurity – helping organisations secure identities across workforce, applications and infrastructure. In ANZ and Asia, identity is a critical priority across government, financial services, telco and enterprise – driven by regulation, risk and digital transformation. We are building a high-performance team across the region, focused on quality execution and long-term growth. Responsibilities This is a high-impact BDR role focused on quality over volume. You’ll work closely with Account Executives on a defined set of enterprise and mid-market accounts, helping to build a strategic pipeline across ANZ and Asia. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how to think commercially, not just execute activity. Qualifications
- 1–2 years in BDR/SDR or outbound prospecting role
- Experience working in structured outbound environments
- Languages a bonus: Bahasa, Mandarin, Thai, Malay Mindset
- Curious and commercially minded – you want to understand how businesses operate
- Self‑driven – you take ownership of your results
- Coachable – you actively seek feedback and improve
- Team‑first – low ego, high collaboration
